Welcome to New-Era Wireless (NEW) Lab
The New-Era Wireless (NEW) Lab is with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Southern University. The current research focuses of the NEW Lab include:
Performance optimization of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) network
Blockchain on V2X network
Machine learning for performance optimization of V2X network
Shared situational awareness among connected vehicles
Coexistence of New Radio (NR)-Unlicensed and WiGig in the 60 GHz band
Human electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure in wireless systems
Kim has been promoted to a Senior Member of IEEE.
